Storm 12-Black wrapped up their ABR Storm careers with a highly successful tournament in Cooperstown, NY, the birthplace of baseball. The team went 4-1 in pool play, including a dramatic walk-off win, and earned the #18 seed out of 104 teams for bracket play. A trip to the Pro Baseball Hall of Fame was also a highlight of their week. They will look back fondly on their Storm years: huge skill improvement, lots of great memories. Teammates for a lifetime!
Storm 12-Red journeyed to Cooperstown a few weeks later to close their ABR seasons before graduating to the 60/90 foot diamonds. The team notched 11 homeruns during the tournament week from Alex Baldi, Jack Dippold, Braden Healy and Alex Hrubovcak. Jackson Williams pitched a complete game under the lights, striking out 7 batters and leading the team to a win. The team as a whole played its best week of baseball to wrap up their Storm careers!
